Mr. Sundeep Kamath

CA Sundeep Kamath, Proprietor and Founder of the firm M/s. Sundeep & Associates was incorporated in year 2012. The proprietor is a Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has been proactive in driving and disseminating of rich knowledge on the professional front. His specialization includes Statutory Audits of Large and Medium Corporates, Direct Tax planning, Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), Goods and Service Tax (GST) and consulting to corporate entities, Tax litigations, Tax Advisory and consulting and support to start ups including compliance management with law prevalent in India.

He has been instrumental in representing clients before revenue authorities on account of litigation management and assessment proceedings involving complex transaction and interpretation issues. His expertise also includes as acting virtual CFO, Business consultant as well as being Representative for international clients to mention especially the start-up’s which have be instrumental in technology space since the information technology outburst since 2008. With rich knowledge and understanding in Law after completion of education in Degree in Business Law (L.L.B) and Diploma in Information Technology (D.I.S.A) , guiding on the technological advancement aspect as well as the due process of legal course of action per se has added a feather in the service delivery model of the proprietor.
